All of our events - we call BB's!
My family has used BB's catering for 4 very different weddings with 4 very different menus. Each time they exceeded our expectations in working very hard to give us what we wanted for each occasion, down to some very specific details. We have requested seasonal food, everything from stuffed pork loin, to fried chicken, to Gyros! The staff is always very friendly and attentive and works the venues with a smile on their face. The owner Caroline is prompt in replying to inquiries and request and is very professional in dealing with her clients while keeping a friendly, down to earth rapport. BB's prices are fair and she will work with you to stay in your proposed budget. If you have a special event, I would highly recommend BB's as your catering choice.

My husband and I had BB’s Catering cater our wedding and we could not have been taken care of better! Caroline was so communicative, accommodating and helpful with every detail. Our guests raved about the dishes and the vegetarian options were stellar. We had last minute changes that Caroline didn’t even bat an eye to and BB’s was able to exceed all of our needs. The staff were all well dressed, professional and friendly. Our venue was left spotless, they came, worked their magic, and swiftly cleaned it all up. BB catering to care of us before, during, and after our meals and made the process so easy and seamless. I could go on, but I think I’ve said enough, BB’s catering is the way to go and highly recommended! Thanks again, Caroline for truly helping our wedding day be perfect!!

Caroline Briese is absolutely excellent. Caroline started out as a caterer for our wedding, became our wedding planner, and ultimately became one of our wedding heroes! I cannot say enough great things about this woman/business.

Caroline advised me through almost everything related to my wedding (tent, napkins, chairs, sweetheart table, timing, dessert). She was accommodating to all my requests and helped me think through things I had never considered.
When heavy rains washed out our dirt road making it dangerous and almost impossible for vehicles to use, she borrowed a Ranger UTV to shuttle her employees and food back and forth. I didn't have to worry about her at all and she never once added to my stress. In fact, she diminished it. Caroline sent me encouraging texts when the weather forecast looked bad. She was always on top of everything. She was a rock.
Caroline is a brilliant chef. I had a lot of guests from out of town and from Europe, so it was important to me to give guests a taste of my Mariposa - Tri-tip, sweet potato fries, fresh produce, black berry crumble, etc. Also, because many of my guests are connoisseurs of fine food, I wanted our food to be of the highest quality. I was very happy when these foodies came up to me after dinner and complimented the food. Caroline hit it out of the park for everyone - even for those with the most discerning tastes.
I know that Caroline put her heart and soul into our event and I couldn't be more grateful. My husband and I will be hiring her for future events - personal and professional. She is the best.

Not only was the food so amazing that we would constantly hear from our guests weeks after the wedding how AMAZING the food was, but the peace of mind that we had that everything was going to be taken care of. After randomly messaging Caroline once a week a few months before the wedding with random questions, not only was she quick to respond, but would always have an answer that would also answer other questions that may follow. Her and her staff were so patient and kind with my family members during the event and sooo helpful with small unassigned tasks that were not “technically” part of the job description. Highly recommend for weddings of all sizes! Let’s just say... our wedding head count went from 75 to 150 and she was happy to accommodate us with out breaking a sweat! Thank you BB’s Catering for making my wedding reception SO EASY and STRESS FREE!
